ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Our hours are 9am - 6pm.

We are closed on all legal holidays.

Please call us in advance to book your appointment.

We only book your first visit with us through a phone call, rather than texting.

You can leave a voicemail message and we will return your call as soon as we are able to, as we may be with a client. We cannot arrange your first spa session via text message and do not take walk-ins.

The minimum age requirement to receive a massage is 18 years old.

Location

We are on the bay side, southbound, on the Overseas Highway, just south of Harriette's Restaurant and Popp's Motel.

The address is:

95360 Overseas Highway, Suite 6, Key Largo, FL 33037.

The signage to look for will say "Key Largo Professional Center."

The spa is in a white 2-story building with key lime trim, up the stairs behind our blue banner that says INDIGO SKY. It's the building next to the mural of Henry Flagler's Florida Keys Railroad.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Parties of 5 or more, we require 50% up front and will add 20% gratuity to the total.

Please arrive ten minutes in advance to fill out a one page health intake form.

As a professional courtesy to all, please give 24 hour notice if you are unable to make it to your session.

****We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and Cash.

When booking a couples massage, a debit or credit card number is required to hold on file.

We will confirm your appointment the day before by sending you a text, and receiving your reply of "yes."

If you are then a no show at your scheduled time the next day, we charge the card on file 50% of the total. This is to account for our time and dedication.

About Us

We are a collective group of Florida licensed and insured massage therapists and skin care professionals.

Practices and Procedures

All touch surfaces are disinfected throughout the spa between each session.

Every treatment room has a medical grade HEPA-certified air purifier which runs continuously.

Health

It is your responsibility to tell us if you are pregnant, have a current or chronic medical condition or injury, or are in a doctor's or health practitioner's care.

Because this is a day spa, and not a medical clinic, we may determine you would benefit elsewhere from a healthcare provider with more education and experience with any issue you may present to your therapist.

Should you display any cold or flu symptoms during the massage, we will have to call it short and charge you for the time.

Q: What do I wear to my appointment and what do I take off for the massage?

A: As for jewelry, please put it somewhere safe before you get to the spa. We are not responsible for lost items and we do not have lockers. Taking off necklaces is a common request to better massage the neck area. If you wear something sacred that is part of you, we understand and will work around it.

Clothing: Our spa policy is to leave your boxers, briefs, underwear on for your appointment. The draping of the sheet and blanket will always be professional so you feel covered and comfortable at all times. We only uncover the area we are working on.

Whatever you leave on and is going to make you feel more at ease is fine by us. Each of us has a different personal boundary. We respect this and will still try to make it a great massage.

Q: I. just got injured and think a massage will help today. I took some muscle relaxers to ease the pain.

A: See a doctor or go to the ER, get a diagnosis, and wait 3 days before calling us. We don't work on anyone who has any pain relieving substances in them. If your injury is acute, then there are other places and people to help you recover. We are not a medical clinic, and do not take insurance.
